• No third‑party SDKs or online services: This version does not integrate any analytics, advertising, push notification, payment, booking, real‑time map, or AI chat services that would process your data externally.

How We Use Your Information

All processing happens entirely on your device. We use locally stored data only to:

• Personalize your “Me” page (displaying your chosen name and avatar),
• Provide quick access to your saved scenarios and phrases,
• Improve your in‑app experience without any external data transfer.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to any third party.
• Because your data remains local by default, we do not actively share any data with external parties.
• Legal exception: If required by law or to protect our legal rights, we may disclose information strictly in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

We are committed to protecting your data. All locally stored information is safeguarded by your device’s native security mechanisms, including device encryption and the app sandbox environment. Your data remains on your device until you actively delete it or uninstall the app. We do not retain any copy of your personal data on our servers. If you uninstall China Steps, all associated local data will be removed from your device.
